Excellent product but seller needs improvement

The product is really good with rich cardamom and high quality milk flavours and right amount of sweetness but the seller needs to improve on packing and forwarding. I received a heap of khoya instead of pedas and on complaining in writing the seller informed me that if I wanted pedas, I have to roll pedas out of this khoya. This is not what the customer wants. When we order pedas we want pedas and not khoya. However, the seller has refunded my full payment showing his sincerity. If he improves the way in which the pedas are packed and sent, he will be No.1 Mathura peda seller. His product is that good.
